Maybe because he isn't? And nobody want him to be? I'm Polish as well and I find it great that Podolski is a famous football player. He was born in Poland but he is German he lived there for so many years, Germany raised him and Germany teached him how to play football that's why he's playing for their national team - cause he owes it to them. He is a German player and I don't get it why so many of us Polish people hate it so much
