This is a video demonstrating life on a submarine during the 1990s. This is on board the USS Asheville in the South China Sea during a "WestPac" deployment. I was on board the sub for two weeks, from Okinawa, Japan to Hong Kong China - where we arrived for the 1st anniversary of the handover of Hong Kong to China.
