You can buy them in Holland, in a so called "coffee shop", just like cannabis. It's legal there, you can't take them legally over the border however.

No that's illegal. Unless of course you wanted shiitake. Do a little reading, google psilocybin spores, and then you can purchase and grow your own mushrooms, if you were so inclined.

It's a loophole in the legislation. The physical mushroom isn't illegal, its the psilocybin and psilocin that are technically illegal. The spores contain neither of these substances, and therefore are legal. It's like poppies and poppy seeds.

i am confused. are shrooms illegal in the U.S.? if they are, why can you buy spores online. our government is so fucked up. please reply.

funny thing is, this is going to be our survival food when we enter the dark rift or have a global disaster. mushrooms have inherited the earth more than a few times. Bush and his buddies will be hiding under ground, eating protein waffles and astronauts ice cream while we're up here evolving and creating the new world.
