ok well im 13 years old and ive been playing a little over 3 months now. i do have a lot years of violin behind me. i changed a little bits of it and since matt's backtracking was different from the original canon, i had to edit the backtrcking because i didnt want to play over matt's vid (even tho its AWESOME!!). i use crappy stuff -_- a squier strat and i record directly to my comp and mix the backtrack with my recording using audacity. i use a zoom 505 2 multieffects pedal which is REALLY ...
