•"...intercourse with a dead woman is apparently permissible". (Yebamoth 55b, p.371).
•"Sexual intercourse with a girl less than three is 'nothing'" (Kethuboth 11b, p.58).
•"If a man commits sodomy with a boy less than nine years old, they are both guilty of sodomy" (Sanhedrin 54b, 55a, p.371).

Anyway, you got to understand that the video is not citing books about the ultimate halakhic decision, but those books are about arguments in life about every single transgression that a human may do. To know what is the final decision about these arguments You got to ask a Orthodox Rabbi.
