By popular demand, I am posting a couple of more videos of SNS-free nursing. DD was placed with us at 6.5 months from an orphanage. I developed a milk supply with no drugs and it's still going strong a year and a half later.

    Yes there is milk involved. My own, very normal breastmilk. The primary way that a milk supply is built up is the actual force of suction. Hormones help, but pregnancy is not the only way to stimulate them naturally. I pumped for a few weeks to get my first drops of milk, and then I used a supplementor so she was getting my milk + formula. Eventually we stopped the supplements and she was drinking just from my breast 3,then 2, then 1x a day.
