The U.N.'s human rights rapporteur Paulo Sergio Pinheiro is currently in Myanmar, trying to assess how many people were killed and arrested during the recent crackdown on pro-democracy protests. He is expected to raise claims of human rights abuses during talks with Myanmar's military rulers in the capital, Naypyitaw. One person prepared to speak out about the alleged abuses is also one of Myanmar's most famous comedian: Par Par Lay.
