Why create sin at all (and don't tell me it was the devil or something like that - god is omnipotent, so he can do and prevent everything)?

Collective punishment for eating an apple? And Is there any reasonable objection to eating an apple, if you're not told about the specific consequences?

Letting someone die is not a virtue, especially if it is your own son and you are capable of doing anything you like.

Why not rescue him with a miracle?
Rescuing is not better then letting someone die?

Death is the penalty of sin (we were never created to die, until Adam first sinned) and because Jesus lived a sinless life; justice didn't demand that He die. He freely chose to lay His life for us so that our sins could be forgiven.

As for the love part:
"There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends." John 15:13

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

So the oldest brother the prince apparent switched clothes with the youngest. An the youngest put on the princes clothes. The youngest brother than went to the older brothers room.

The time came for the execution. The prisoner was taken to the execution hall. The entire kingdom was on edge. The execution happens.

The younger brother dressed in his brothers clothes immediatly rushes to execution table following the execution picks up his brother body and reveals his identity.

The kingdom is in shock.

He then becomes the man and son that his older brother was. The entire kingdom becomes better seeing the love of both of these brothers and seeing the turnaround of the youner. Their is no greater love than that you lay down your life for the one you love.

Do you actually believe that?

Well, let's just assume that there is such a being ...
The only way an omnipotent, loving being is capable of taking away sin from its creation is by letting his own son (whom he is btw identical with) get tortured and killed?

A needless human sacrifice is the best he could come up with?

A similar example:
John wants people to drive more carefully. To make a point he orders his boy to run across a motorway until he gets hit. Should we praise John for his "love"?

We don't just "think" that we rot after we die, it's a quite obvious fact (under "normal" circumstances).

Concerning "Pascal's Wager":
It's stupid to believe in a god just in order to have a "backup" if he actually does exist.
There are thousands of other gods you would also have to believe in. Which is impossible, because most gods, aren't very fond of "multi-worshipping" ;)

In comparison to modern science and philosophy it's a really bad book: It's inconsistent, outmoded and unclear.

I'm so proud to be the son of the Almighty God. My Dad is a God. :-)

to people who dont beleive in god think about it this way u think we rot when we die.how can u live in that way you should beleive in something even if there isnt a god u stil have a backup just incase there is what have you got to lose but a good book and life lessons that will get you far.

we dont know wether god is up there or jesus we have never seen them its like u know something is real once u see it and there are so many gods would they all exsist and Alah the muslim god how can he tell muslmims to kill what kind of god is that is it real so many unanswered questions we will never know

well does it matter if he said it or not? he has been giving us chances to be his child. for he has sent his son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to take away our sins so that we can be with God again.

The bible does not give evidence god said that some of it is true but someone of it is made up iv heard but i believe in god no matter what
