    hey! ya, the balance is different with one arm for sure. hard to describe but it's good to feel it out. It's good to practice with both legs on the ground for a while and then lifting just one up at a time for a while before you start to try to go up all the way. strength builder for sure :)

    I've recently been able to do a headstand without a wall for support...finally. This will be interesting to try out. Thanks Tara...This will definitely will take a while. Question though, with only one arm for support, compensating for the balance wont there be extra pressure on one side of the crown? Well, that means I should start strengthening my neck.
