hehe im a quebebecoise and i have to say ur last statement wasn't true. there's no federal rule thats states quebec can't seperate, its just that the prime minister has a DROIT DE VEtO and he'll likely use it even if the quebec population votes OUi at the next referendum

i heard somewhere that the canadian military is only the 2nd best military in the world because of lack of funding. there are alot of american soldiers that go to canada to get training, then return to the states for stationing and deployment.
