When I first heard about this movie being in production, I read it in my local newspaper because the location of the movie being filmed was only an hour away from me, on the beach of Rodanthe, The Outer Banks and Nags Head so I was amazed that such big stars was filming so close to home. I spent many a time on those same beaches, vacationing in The Outer Banks is second nature for my area. I watched the movie gasping at seeing signs of home. I didnt realize what a beautiful love story it would turned out to be, I love it..
