Let 9/11 be a lesson to all - Don't upset the Americans! You can't blame them for thier reaction and any sane person knows even before 9/11 that if America is attacked they come back twice as hard. And every sane person knows at the same time that if you nice to America thier twice as nice in return.

I think the world will forgive staying there and inadvertantly slaughtering 1000's more Iraqis. What is very hard is to forgive is the fact that they started the whole mess in the first place, destabalising a region on the other side of the planet against the generaly accepted rules for the planet, based on a fabrication of WMD in the psycholigical-name of the WTC, in terrorist free country. Then the citizens of the US stand up and say what did we do??? Answer..just fire the government next time

those who killed innocent ppl might not pay for what they have done but they will do in another place where their lies wont work for them.their have been many like them and ppl have taken side but their time will come.

America went in and yes i think that the vidance was fabricated by the neo-cons. However America could not have and still can't just walk out, and Saddam did have to go. America has to clean up its mess and not abandon Irqa like it did in the first gulf war which let to Saddam exterminating anyone who support America at that time, such as 1000s of Kurds.

America started the war knowing full well that it was a lie and continued after no WMD was found as Iraqis died on mass and the world looked on with disgust.

If your country does terrible things then expect thst people will say your country does terrible things. Some of them may get confused and blame each and every person who comes from your country, but that is human nature. Hey, we all get trodden on, it makes the rest of us feel good.

well he only won by a few percentage and its not as if the war was the only thing Americans were voting on, and Kerry was a poor opponant even for W. People with this level of adversity to America are going to have to look hard at themselves and realise that thier being racist. It outright hatred based on a sterotype and mass generalisations.

Before George got a second chance there might have been some argument that a few rouge politicians were the problem. But it takes the American voters support to give Geaorge a second term in office so the whole excuse sounds rather lame!

Americas not my country, but then I suppose mine has a worse history. But playing this kind of blame game is pathetic; very few countries can claim to be perfect, war and violence is in all of our nature, but another universal trait - hate - clouds most peoples judgement: Its fashionable to hate America but in the words of Jesus 'let he who without sin cast the first stone'. Focus your hate on the indivuals responsible not the millions of people who had nothing to do with it.

My history is perfectly fine, and I am perfectly aware of the neo-cons proxy wars and thier underhand philosophy. As I said the blame lies with a minority of rogue politicans. I just haven't jumped on the 'everyone hate America because thier the most powerful nation' bandwagon.
We have them to thank for Europes and Japans recovery after ww2 and the development of Qatar, Isreal, Dubai. And in all frankness bad decisions or not the people they have taken out eg Saddam/Milosovic were pure evil

No actually it isn't ignorant. You obviously haven't studied the United States history of foreign interventions since the end of WWII. I recommend the book "Killing Hope." The United States has a long track record of destroying self determination, freedom, and democracy, not spreading it. Some examples are Iran, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Venezuela, Honduras, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, etc. The only freedom the USA spreads is freedom for its ravenous corporations to pillage.

Whats done is done, but choosing to demonise America when the blames lies with a group of rogue politicans is nothing short of prejudice. America is a great and generous nation which has helped the world far more than it has ever hurt the world. The America bashing has to stop, it's immature and ignorant.
