Chemistry 3B: Chemical Structure and Reactivity. Spring 2006. Professor Peter Vollhardt.
Chemistry 3B represents the second semester of the standard organic chemistry series at UC Berkeley. It covers conjugation, aromatic chemistry, carbonyl compounds, carbohydrates, amines, carboxylic acids, amino acids, peptides, proteins, and nucleic acid chemistry. Ultraviolet spectroscopy and mass spectrometry will be introduced.
Organic chemistry is a specific discipline within the subject of chemistry. It is the scientific study of the structure, properties, composition, reactions, and preparation of chemical compounds of carbon and hydrogen, which may contain any number of other elements, such as nitrogen,...
U.C. Berkeley is Pac 10. Their academic and sports rival is Stanford, which is also Pac 10.

Berkeley is more prestigious than many Ivy League schools. Maybe I'm showing my Alum pride, but you can check the academic reputation in U.S. News and World Report.

By tinobeanoweano [Affiliate User] 1209482581 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removemaybe not like the traditional east coast ivy league schools but UCLA and UCB are easily competing and becoming pseudo ivy league universities in the west coast. Don't disregard these great universities just because they werent founded in colonial times or from the east coast

while before the reaction it is directly opposite the double bound that is sprung open.
This blue double bound is clearly not involved in the reaction, so why would it change position?
wow. I have no idea what he is talking about
