    You are an excellent pilot. A friend of mine is an expert and Im thinking about starting paragliding, he will teach me, Im very excited, but I have seen a lot of accidents on video. I want to know how likely is to suffer an accident as long as I stay paragliding very very standard without attempting loops and stuff? I have family and Im concerned about it.     Yes you can, with the Flat Top you get about 2-3 hours per tank and you can run dual tanks for 4-6 hours of motor time. You can also shut the motor off once you get up and use thermals and other lift. I set the record at 280 miles and only used about 3.5 gallons.
