    I totally agree You can almost see the lyrics of this song when you're listening to it. Not many people write songs like that, and Rich is sorely missed. He was my favorite Christian music artist cause his songs were always so simple and honest but so moving.

    I am a Wichita native. Rich wrote many of his songs while living in Wichita. "Where the sacred rivers meet beneath the shadow of the Keeper of the Plains" is a reference to Wichita. The sincerity and depth of his music is truly awe inspiring and stands a tribute to the Lord that he so passionately loves. Look forward to seeing you one day face to face brother.

The two are similar in saying as to how nature praises God (just thought of the smiliarities, as I love the Tom Howard song as well). Video was AWESOME!!! Thanks so much.     I LOVE this song, it has been a favourite for years, I'm so glad you put the lyrics up.

    Wonderful, original Rich Mullins.
    He, through his songs and life, was one of only 4 people through the 90s who mentored me--the only one I didn't know in person though. I bought most of his albums, and I never tired of them as I did evey other artist. GREAT discipleship songs.
