This video shows how to use some basic image editing techniques to replace the face in an image with another face. If you have any questions, I will be glad to help you, but *please* be specific and detailed in your question, otherwise it risks being ignored.

After encoding it, I discovered that Directors can't upload videos longer than 10 minutes anymore :(, so I used MEncoder to losslessly split it in two parts.

Keyboard shortcuts mentioned
Ctrl-L:
Show the Layers Dialog.

Hold Ctrl (when scaling):
Maintain aspect ratio.

Hold Middle Mouse Button and move:
Pan (move within) image.

Technical details
The video was recorded with recordMyDesktop using GIMP 2.3.16 on Ubuntu 7.04 beta, and scaled/sharpened/encoded with MEncoder, using this command:
mencoder face-replace.ogg -vf scale

    Do you mean Filters : Distorts : IWarp... ?

    For usage instructions plesae refer to the GIMP Manual or just google for tutorials. There are plans to make the IWarp filter into an on-canvas tool, so I don't want to make any tutorials for it yet.

    First make sure what you pasted becomes a layer on its own and not just a floating selection, and then use for example the Scale tool. These steps are described in the tutorial.

    How do you resize a picture after you copy and paste it? I copied and pasted a picture onto another picture but it turned out too big. :[ I'm trying to resize it so it would match the picture but I don't know how to do it.
