This is great, but I'm a little confused...if I want to make the bigger potholder in the seed stich with chainless foundation, how many foundation chains? Do I use less and make it taller? Or, do I double it from 26 to 52 FSC and make 24 rows. Please help. We appreciate you for sharing all these wonderful videos with us.

I just signed up for an account in order to be able to say THANK YOU SO MUCH. My daughter has been wanting to learn to crochet for the past 3 years and could never catch on because she is left handed and I am not. After watching you video's she comes to me and says "mom I got it"! She is now making personalized pot holder's for christmas gifts for her friends moving off to college even.

The hook is the same for both which is G. I used 20 foundation single crochet, Star Stitch with the large potholder. The small potholder is 6" the larger one is 7.5".

What is the size difference between the two pot holder that you show and what is the chain or hook difference between the two. I love this!!
