It's not staged..... What you're saying is partially true, it just depends on the state you are in at the time... In a lot of cases it's only when the repo item is behind a locked gate that you are not allowed to get it....

There is, however, no such thing as court involvement in the process of repossession. After the work order has been served, the car is fully back in possession of the bank (it was the banks the whole time) and to try to claim possession is stealing and you will be arrested..

This show is stages my cousin is a repo man and if the owners see them trying to take the car or what have you they have the right to call the cops while the car is on there property the will be told to back off and let the courts handle it and even some times repomen can be arrested for being on private property,Like when the they threaten the owners to back off they can be arrested for assault

If you didn't notice they don't have fights with every repo some are as boring as hell but they show them anyway...so they actually write a script that is boring as hell, hum...okay!! I think it's real and I love this show!! Who in the hell is going to have them roll a car around the corner that belongs to someone else?? Thats just stupid...it's real dumd asses!!!!!
