The main thing people need to understand is that we are all energy and because of this we are one. To look at it as a scientist one would understand that all the energy that has ever been created is the same energy that is here now in this time and space. Energy does not go away like a bad dream. Energy is constant and it just changes its shape as it moves from one area to another or from one time period to another, or even one form to another. But no matter what it is the same as it was when the earth was created. It was energy then and it still is now only difference is now it is part of you and me. Because we are all connected we need to be mindful of that which we send out into the world. Being mindful of every thought, word, deed and action because each creates a frequency wave that affects each and every person it connects with. Why do depressed people or people in emotional pain complain so much? It is because they are in need of someone to share in their pain. As they complain to you don't you feel the frequency they are emitting and don't you try in every way to cheer them up? That is because you feel their depression and you don't won't to feel that way so you try to change the wave that is coming at you by sending loving frequency back. Most of the time it works because no one really wants to be depressed. Again this is showing you that we are all connected. In helping raise the vibrations of others we are actually raising our own vibration to one of love. Love is the strongest vibration on the planet and with it we can change chaos into peace and harmony, but the vibration needs all of us working towards that same goal. "
