I think its natural. Most people would not choose/wish to die. However, once you have a "knowing/understanding" of what comes after physical death, fear dissolves and it becomes insignificant in the face of the larger picture. Our souls are eternal. We are in human form to embrace the human experience. The "human" is the physical (form) and the "being" is the spiritual (formless). All physical things must die but your spirit will go on forever.

For sure. The only thing that has never changed and has no reference to time is your soul or consciousness. Once you realize your body is just a holding cell for your soul, life is bliss because you really never can die.

Death as we typically perceive it is clearly an illusion. All that dies is a personality, an image which is a complete construct. When that is realized "death" is no longer all that threatening. And, of course, when death is seen in this light you are more free to feast your eyes on the world as the incredible, unique, beautiful mystery that you are. You are free to love. The ultimate attachment has been dealt with.
