ABOUT THE VIDEO

This is a Silat Style from Brunei. Its a Weapon-oriented System. The students are taught to develope thier awareness and reflexes in the 1st few weeks of thier training, and the result is as what you see. Starting from long range (strikes to weapon hand), 8 basic blocks, counters, stick disarms, fight stopping strikes etc. This is not a self defense art, it is a counter offensive style.

The reciever is wearing the appropriate gear for the demo.
