Shoot the First Shot: The Marines are first to fight so it means shooting the first shot in combat. NOT meaning we fire just for the hell of it.

Take the first hit: Again, in combat, willing to take a bullet.

    I almost cried when I saw this cause my brother is in boot camp for the marines and I miss him every day. I'm terrified for when he goes to combat or whatever he's doing. I can't live without him, even if I'm just his little sister. I write him all the time and I randomly cry whenever I think about him. I miss and love my big brother. I can't wait to see him in December!
