  • Sorry but 'ive seen ...

Sorry but 'ive seen DP now 4 times with this guitarist and i must truly say, he's pure shite compared to Ritchie. Maybe he's good enough to play in some heavy metal band a la Def Leppard and stuff. He R**es Purple songs...Sorry that's what I've think;)

  • I like Steve Morse ...

I like Steve Morse more, but the Renaissance stuff is actually kind of cool.

  • Morse is a very ...

Morse is a very good impressive guitar player, very technical and virtuous...same cathegory as Vai, Satriani, Petrucci...I would say....they are "scale friers"...
Blackmore is not that technical but has much more feeling....you can feel what he wants to tell through the notes....with Morse what we here is a thousand of notes evaporating from a boiling scale....

  • Morse added ...

Morse added something extra in the 90's to DP that Blackmore could not bring.
Morse is a different player, is technically better and one can hear that at a live performance.
Blackmore, no offence, is now doing his dance with rennaisance pop (Blackmores Night) that's more his level.

This song is one perfect Deep Purple ballads. Steve Morse is an excellent player but Ritchie is perfect. About Jon I can not say nothing. He is just AMAZING!
