Here is another example of the double standard that New Yorkers face on a daily basis.

It is the job of the Traffic Enforcement Agency to scour the streets of New York City like vultures and write summonses to improperly parked vehicles.But when a traffic enforcement agent needs to stop and go into a store, they park their vehicles wherever they want.And lets face it, they are not going to write eachother tickets.

In this scene a cauldron of traffic enforcement agents explain to Jimmy Justice that they are above the law and can violate any parking statute they want.They also give a stern warning that if a civilian motorist would attempt to park improperly that they would quickly issue them a summons

    Ha, for all you who think Sakura should be Naruto, nope. Sakura hates Naruto, and even when Naruto saves her ass several times and Sasuke betrayed their asses she still treats Naruto like crap and Sasuke like a prince. Fact is:

    Sakura hates Naruto, It's hard to get Sakura to even look at him, let alone be a decent couple.

    Hinata has treated him kindly, too bad Naruto is too stupid to realize this. Reminds me of many anime when a girl likes the guy but the guy is too dense to realize it.
