Just an FYI: The Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is enforced by the U.S. Department of Labor, not the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The EEOC is responsible for the enforcement of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967.

Well, FMLA is not working like it was since Ragsdale vrs. Wolverine. It seems like companies , especially big ones get away with whatever they want. This needs to be pointed out and looked at. The judge made a terrible and horrific mistake. Very few companies no longer adhere to FMLA laws at all ( usually large). I know of a horror story about a major corporation out of Rochester New York that is also one of the big polluters in that state.
