Certainly not (again sorry for the mix up with names didn't see that it wasn't on my account) I'm simply saying that you encompassed the whole of black people in saying that it's because they are discriminated against that they commit crime, so I gave examples. By no means do I think the majority of blacks commit crimes, most like you say are just like anybody else just trying to make an honest living.

so do the vast majority of black people! Are you saying ALL black people are resorting to theft and murder??? Do you know how many blacks there are in the states? There's only a small minority of them that resort to crime, just like a small minority of whites do. Most are just exploited hard working citizens, many doing S**t jobs for S**t pay.

What about Native Americans, or Illegal Immigrants, Many Illegals are discriminated against, beaten, barred from good jobs. What do they do? They just go back and try again, no resorting to theft and murder.

it's not a matter of "preference". If you were part of a destitude marginalised minority that is constantly discriminated and beaten upon and barred from good jobs and education, you would be very likely to commit these sort crimes too. This is straight statistic and factual evidence. It's a matter of psychological scarring and social injustice, not some abstract idea of free will as you claim.
