Tow Truck wench pulls the truck back onto it's wheels. Heading down a steep hill, a dump truck full of dirt had brake failure. He ran right through a stop sign, clipped a curb, flipped over onto the driver's side and slid sideways down the street smack into a garage. The driver walked away with only minor injuries. Emergency crews pulled him out of the small back window of his crunched cab. Photo stills at the end are from the Orange County Register Online.
