  • In describing the ...

In describing the interpretation of the blood group typing, you should stick to discussing why the typing anti-sera reacts to form a clum with red cell antigens and not whether it has antibodies in the plasma. Typing sera is reacting with specific antigens on the red cell membranes.

  • You didn't mention ...

You didn't mention Rhesus. This is extremely important not least because people with O negative blood (Rhesus type negative, ABO type = O) are universal donors. Their blood can be used by ANYONE in an operation. However, they can only have their own blood in an emergency. If u are O neg and have an accident and need blood, u MUST ONLY get O neg blood, anything else and u could die.
