    Thanks for your comment. The group that is shown on the video clip is the Sweetheart ending in fan position. It is definitely in the ISTD Fellow syllabus for International style Cha Cha . However, it may very well be a part of the American style Cha Cha syllabus since there are similar variations in both styles of this dance.
