Dr. Phil called in the help of his wife, Robin to help transform 5 lucky viewers into a younger version of themselves. They worked with a trainer, dietitian, stylist and 'skin care specialist to the stars,' Janet Harris. The first viewer describes her legs as "blegs," described as an area where her "butt runs into my legs." She was also very concerned about cellulite on the front and back of her thighs.

In addition to her workout regimen, diet and Janet Harris' cellulite cream, the viewer also underwent VelaShape treatments. A short clip of the treatment is shown and Janet mentioned "30 days to thinner thighs" when introducing the treatment.

It is revealed that the viewer lost a total of 10 pounds and 18 inches in only 5 weeks. Her body fat also dropped from 25 percent to 21 percent. Unfortunately the clothing she wore for the reveal, did not show off her new shape very well, but the measurements speak for themselves.
