I state that this is NOT the REAL "PEEPING-TOM" Footage IN this Video! LARRY KING's program ALSO pointed this out LATER that day (May 30th 2008). This video took time to edit together. But I still had it posted before Larrys show aired. If you can find another video that states these fact BEFORE This video, then let me know. (Its gotta be "IN" the actual video, and NOT in the "About" column (That can be updated).

"When I first posted this, I already knew it was NOT The "Actual Jeff Peckman/Stan Romanek Video". But Entertained the Idea that it MAY HAVE BEEN a "Different" "REAL" Alien. (This is not the first time there has been claims of "Aliens" Looking through windows.)(Could have been a coincidence that THIS footage was released or "Leaked" on the same day, due to the person filming it believed that they would not be alone)

"Claimed" to cost $100 to make(?)

A Denver man who wants the city to be prepared for space aliens is proposing a commission to deal with the matter.

The assistant city attorney says he doesn't know what officials will ask about Jeff Peckman's proposal during next week's "review and comment" meeting.

Peckman says an 18-member commission would form a strategy "dealing with issues related to the presence of extraterrestrial beings on Earth."

The 54-year-old Peckman also needs 4,000 signatures to get his proposal on the November ballot.
