It is pre-recorded but who cares, many a singer today does them. And with the kinda of choregraphy she's doingin this performace not even Beyonce, who is queen when it comes to live music, would be able hold her own vocally whilst dancing to this routine

umm chek ur records buddy cuz Dangerously in Love Did not Sell 11 mill. worldwide....it sold 7 Million...all together shes sold about 11 or 12 million, same as ashanti, and Ashanti's debut CD Ashanti sold 7 million worldwide as well, and it went into the Record Books for selling over 500,000 copies in its first week...
