    Also when you use the "Free Transform command.. you can right click in the box it makes then click "WARP" and fix the lips and chin so it looks more like a human and not an alien

    Lookd VERY similar to the way I do it...?!?!?! but when you use the "Free Transform" Command you should tell users to click on the little chain in the top of the screen so that the photo will stay uniform until you unclick it
