Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy slideshow - 中國人民解放軍海軍 PLAN is aiming to build a Blue Water Navy. Chinese Navy will have an Aircraft-Carrier Fleet by 2015 and by 2016 have 3 Aircraft-Carriers. Chinese Submarines Fleet is the best and the largest in Asia.
