    SPRINGFIELD, MA / May 05, 2008 - William E. McCarthy, 60, a Palmer police officer, pleaded guilty to indecent assault and battery on a child under 16 years old and was sentenced by Judge Peter A. Velis to 18 months probation. The victim, an 11-yr-old girl, reported that McCarthy went over to her when she was visiting his home on July 7, 2006, and kissed her, putting his tongue inside her mouth. The state will not go forward on a charge of possessing child pornography that McCarthy faced.

    Thank you so much for this video...my son was hit by a drunk driver 2 months ago...he was a pedestrian and he survived, but it has greatly impacted our lives...Yes, he is coming along great, but he still has a long way to go...I know that there have been much worse outcomes, but when you are a mother, it is the worst thing you can imagine...

    Thanks for making this. I recently set up a website in memory of my father who waskilled by a drunk driver on New Years Eve when I was 4. I wrote a song about it and I would love to record it and submit it to MADD for their drunk driving programs and/or a video.
