I saw this sort of thing happen all the time when I was teaching school. They put low-functioning 12 year olds in a classroom with disturbed 19 year olds and you had trouble. The school will do nothing.
One parent complained to me that her autistic daughter was being sexual harassed. I told the parent to take the law into her own hands, and the boys showed up a week later with black and swollen lips.
