    Well when you gotta go, you gotta go.
    Not sure where this was taken or if it was on a taxi rank or taxi holding area or just at the traffic lights.
    If it is a holding area or rank you'll find that if they leave the rank then they lose their position and have to line up at the back again. I asked a cab driver once. Still gross though.
