Thanks ! I use adobe Photoshop. But you just need a soft round brush (black and white), an eraser and a gaussian blur, and different layer. You can see the third tutorial about mouth, it's more detailed about the tools !

i bet is not a simple paint program.what kind of program are you using? otherwise is amazing.
