My third video and probably my most hard video. If you really think you can handle ninja warrior, you need ALOT of upper body stregnth. And i think push ups are the best way to get stronger. So i am showing 9 push up varieties that target different muscles in the upper body. Try to do at least 2-3 sets of 15 reps each.Here is a sample workout

Monday:
Basic Push up
Finger Push up(Finger stregnth)
Diamond(Triceps)
Wide(Chest)

Wednesday: Explosive

Clap push ups
Plyometric Push ups
Explosive wide push ups
Finger push ups(important!!)

Friday: Advanced

One hand push ups
Spider Push ups
Handstand Push ups

Trust me on this, you will get stronger and notice quickly. Before i couldnt even do 30 push ups. Now it is like nothing.
