She would never have gotten on tv let alone her own show without the silicone enhancement. I'm not saying that's necessarily worth it, but just the way it is. That's a choice most women in entertainment have to make at some point.

although, i think kiana has worked hard to get her body into shape and a beautiful well maintained body it is. i'm somewhat dissapointed with all her knowledge of health @ fitness, that she would resort to the unhealthy implants. andy

I hope you're right legolas, but I've been hoping that for 15 years now, and ultra skinny is still very much "in." Beil has been a fav celeb bod of mine for that very reason; she's shapely and hard. How do people NOT think a toned hard bod on a woman (sans steriods) is NOT hot?!? God, they look amazing. And so many college girls are overweight these days. A shame. The American diet is disgusting.

In my opinion small yet hard muscles are becoming one of a woman's beauty assets in the 21 century. soon or later you have to accept it. Take a look @ Jessica Biel's body, she my age still she could crush every bone in my body using her hard biceps
