If you mean the 'tanker' with the KVUE news logo, it was an old C-130 which was being used to fight a forest fire. Unfortunately it had not received a modification to strengthen the wings, it was old, heavily loaded, and the pilot attempted to pull too many g's. The result speaks for itself.

The Airbus was being tested at the time. Its flight control and throttle systems were controlled by computer software. The pilot intended to wave off and go around, but the software detected the gear and flaps down, decided that the pilot really wanted to land, and kept reducing power. Needless to say, the software has since been changed. The 'Black Widow' is actually a P-38 Lightning. There is no KC-135 Stratotanker in this video.
