Actually I believe he's from a different anime, also, Ninja Scroll isn't a Shonen Jump related Anime/Manga/OVA, thus why it couldn't be Jubei. No offense on this or anything.

I cant say that it`s better then this one because this one has really awsome lip syncing, but please watch it you wont be disepointed. I have download the better version of it, its a link to it.
