i love this movie because it really shows what a monsters the americans whas during the war, and i love the soundtrack its the most beautiful soundtrack ever!

Long Tan. You'll know it when you see it, scroll down and have a look more towards the bottom of the list you'll see a window with a whole heap of old blokes that tell the story as the re-enactments are edited into it.
Trust me watch this doco and you'll see that it wasn't just an American War.Like I said mate Aussies and Kiwis were there too.
And we lost quite a few.

Wow thank you for that comment it's nice to know that what other people from other countries are feeling regarding the horrific torture war cause when brave men and women go off to see and endure terrible things you nor I can't imagine.

Hello, Im portuguese and my father fought in Angola for 2 years. Poor Portuguese guys were forced top go to war for our stupid empire. Like your father, mine does not speak about the war.. He was injured in his leg and could never play fotbal (soccer for you) again.. It was his job and greatest joy. He is 65. Im the son of the last portuguese warriors, and i hope no other man goes to war or son sees his fathers empty soul on his eyes. Best Regards

My best friends father was a Vietnam Vet. And the psycological/physical damage that this war did to the blokes was just horrific.
The only difference is, he wasn't American, he is Australian...
Without being at all disrespectful or rude I would like to remind you guys that it wasn't just an American War, it was also an Australian one, it was also a Kiwi one too.
And a lot of people were robbed of life over it...
