Dude, what you see there are immediate action and distraction drills. The idea is to apply the techniques and then get the hell out away from the that with the VIP. They have not been developed to last 3 rounds in the ring or for that matter a street fight. There are effective. No matter what size the attacker;no one has muscles in their cheeks or ears. BTW, If you see something you don't understand, feel free to ask, you would also come across to be more intelligent that way.

Don't worry about that so called "bum". Go to one of his courses and you will learn a very important lesson: "never to judge by ones appearance only".

I like his pistol disarms. I've used all of them both at my martial arts school and at work (I'm in the armed forces), and I really like them.
