Darin Barry is interviewed as an inside witness to the egregious and loathsome misconduct of a funeral industry corporation (Metro Funeral and Cremation Center, Boulder Mortuary, Rocky Mountain Funeral Homes Inc and Justin Stephens) operating in the Denver metro area of Colorado. The company was severely fined by O.S.H.A and prosecuted by the Jefferson County district attorneys office. However, many of the companies actions are not illegal under Colorado's existing deregulated statutes and Colorado consumers have no recourse should a funeral home operate as this company did. A bill to re-regulate the funeral industry to bring Colorado's backwards position up to national standards was passed by both houses but vetoed by that states Governor who clearly puts profits over people.
