    Good thing that wasn't in America. They would have surely have killed Santa. Now, being this was a joke, we know the cops would not actually be so kind. Drinking and driving should never happen. We know that. However, being approached by a cop in a kind manner, will get the cop exactly what the cop wants, and the suspect will not only feel like an ass for breaking the law and getting jail time, he would also feel like an ass for taking up the cops valuable time for his own stupidity.
