Disable ALL of the startup item.
i have handled hundreds of PC and have come to the conclusion that there is NO startup program that should ever be enabled if you want a speedy computer. use spybot search and destroy, enable advance functions so you can tweak your PC for best performance, you will not need any other utility.

If you havn't already grab spybot S&D and Adaware or even AVG anti spyware - they are free and great for finding Malware, Norton Internet security is useless :( I have just been fixing a friends PC we found over 2500 instances of malware on Adaware and about 50+ on spybot.

Just by looking at msconfig in this vid i can tell your infected.

1) MSCONFIG does not show ever single start up entry. You would need to check you startup folders and registry to find them all (NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING YOU CAN F**k UP YOUR PC BY MESSING WITH THE REGISTRY.)

2) DON'T MESS WITH SERVICES! MESSING WITH SERVICES CAN REALLY REALLY F**k UP YOUR PC!
