First of all, let me say it was a challenge to mount the HHO Generator on the front of my Tracker - where GOD and everyone could see it. I started this project 18 months ago. Hydrogen was not "The In Thing". Word of the "Men In Black" had the masses hiding their free energy projects. Thanks to the world wide web, we are changing that. To help this Free Energy Movement, I built a web site on my home computer and opened it up to you. Visit http://www.hho4free.com and learn more about Hydrogen Electrolysis. It is Free Information.
This video is an Overview of the Installation Components on a 1994 GEO Tracker. The cell is pulling 30 amps, using KOH Electrolyte and tap water. At one point I talk about a 60 amp coil, I meant to say 60,000 volt coil. The Tracker went from 24 mpg to 35 mpg when I added the cell and the Oxygen Sensor EFIE Circuit. Without the EFIE, there was no mileage gain at all. The EFIE adds a little voltage to the O2 sensors voltage. The ECM (computer) thinks it is sending too much gasoline, so it leans out the mixture. Sends less gasoline.
The cell is controlled from the dash. I use a Digital Amp Meter to monitor the cell current, and Digital Volt meters for the Battery and MAP sensor. As you can see in the video, the PWM can be adjusted from zero amps to 80 amps. This comes in handy during winter driving. The cell is actually smaller than what the video shows, and it is higher off the ground than it appears to be.
The cell is mounted outside of the vehicle because I use it in Demonstrations. It is a real Eye Catcher.

This is great, I have seen a few cars run on water and really hope that the word gets out.
Are you a part of the Orion Project?
If you haven't heard of it it's set up by Dr Lear for all scientists to get together and work on bringing about the free energy revolution.
Once we have free energy to survive and travel we will be free
I built my own effi
By thelaoder [Affiliate User] 1216373323Didn't your EFIE come with instructions?
Instructions tell you to how/where to "measure". With ignition off, there will be no continuity to the signal wire, from any of the other wires, or from ground. With ignition on, there will be 12volts and/or ground on the other wires. Measuring from ground to the signal wire there will be 0.200 to 0.450 volts on signal wire, it will be changing constantly.
Can you tell me which wire do I hook the effi to?
I have 4 wires 2 white 1 green? 1 black I think the 2 white are + & - black is ground and green? don't know.
I am where you where at after putting on the Gen. didn't help MPG so I sure it's the oxygen senson .
Right now, I don't know. I am in the process of building a tester. Actually, it is built, just need to finalize and mark the measurements.
By daddyo44907 [Affiliate User] 1215609237Hey one question how many LPM is your cell making?
By JBTYpr [Affiliate User] 1215606610I now have a 105 amp alternator. But during the video, inside the cab, I was using the battery. The motor was not running. Another reason why I fuse for 80 amps. Comes in handy during demonstrations.
By daddyo44907 [Affiliate User] 1215447101This is what im talking about ants something like this is exactly what i had in mind for my permanent vehicle installations very nicely done David one question though how do you get your alternator to handle 80 amps? Thats incredibly high.
By JBTYpr [Affiliate User] 1215446806Thank you for the kind words. The cell is on the outside - for experimenting reasons. Now it is safe to put inside. But outside, it draws attention - attention to HHO is needed right now. I can demo the cell, as is, much easier. The mpg info is listed to the right of the video - click on "more"
By daddyo44907 [Affiliate User] 1215446504Absolutely brilliant! I love what you did. other than the cell on the outside of the car, this setup is very tight and in full control of hwy, and cty. driving. What kind of MPG are you getting? what was the factory MPG? Very advanced, having it set up for over a year!
By scotchrks [Affiliate User] 1215444188Good Question! Now and then I will use additives. It makes a little difference. I carry a jar of Naphthalene Mothballs. 1 or 2 to ten gallons is enough for me. I realy like the Acetone. It keeps the fuel system clean; but I forget to add it quite often. If you make enough HHO to burn up all of your gasoline, additives will not make much difference; but I still promote using them. It is something you can - do right now - to improve your mileage.
By daddyo44907 [Affiliate User] 1215323118Are you also adding the fuel additives listed at your site?
By fritz31847 [Affiliate User] 1215322029Thany you Cody-man :)
By daddyo44907 [Affiliate User] 1215319436Now this is what it is ALL about! Someone doing a walk-through and actually explaining this stuff! Great new videos David! I should be up and running in the next couple of weeks. Then I can do a little camera work of my own. Once again, thanks and great work on the videos!
By codyates2181 [Affiliate User] 1215293772Thank you tekenm2000.
I plan on adding a meter for my EFIE voltage :)
i say, good job! looks great.. really like what you did with the inside car readouts.
By tekkenm2000 [Affiliate User] 1215270060Zero resistance, Near zero resistance per foot. It is splitting hairs, considering the 7,000 ohms my OEM spark plug wires have. End of subject.
By daddyo44907 [Affiliate User] 1215250171At present I am using KOH, Potassioum Hydroxide, potash. It takes very little to pull 80 amps. Sodium Hydroxide also works very well. Sodium Bicarbinate clogs my filter. Salt and Vinegar produce a terrible Brown Scum that builds up fast.
By daddyo44907 [Affiliate User] 1215249147The center of the plug wires are made of strands of stainless steel and strands of copper; My longest plug wire is 24 inches.
By daddyo44907 [Affiliate User] 1215248851I checked out the wires and whatever they are using for stainless must be mixed with a high concentration of a highly conductive metal if I wold guess magnesium or silver they have very low resistance and the melting points are not that far apart.
By cyberscann54 [Affiliate User] 1215248241You need a electrone extraction system for you system it will help the process.I like your system.
By josejir [Affiliate User] 1215247870What are you using for electroliser?
By josejir [Affiliate User] 1215247398Has nothing to do with my meter just my knowledge of the electrical resistance of different metals 304 stainless has a resistance of 6.897E-07 ohm-m 316 stainless has 7.496E-07 ohm-m and copper has a resistance of 1.707E-08 ohm-m
By cyberscann54 [Affiliate User] 1215246208You are the man, a true inspiration to us all.
By sirHOAX [Affiliate User] 1215240179You should check the meter you measured it with. The information about the plug wires is on my website - if you are curious. hho4free
By daddyo44907 [Affiliate User] 1215240105zero resistance wire with stainless steel in it last time I checked stainless had a ton of resistance
