    One single combi. There are ways to mute/unmute specified timbres by using Compressor/Limiter Insert Effects and assigning them to switches and pedals. Or you could just use the touchscreen to do this, as well.

    Oh i see... but do you have one combi for each different sound, or one single combi and you switch program of for example timbre1? I'm asking 'cause i have bought M50 too a week ago :D very happy about it, it's a good instrument!
