They cross-train with SEALs. Each Special force has certain abilities that beat others. That doesn't mean they're better in combat. SEALs have been to places that Norway cannot go due to political crap, you know. But we can.

That is incorrect. Norway sees very little combat and is therefore cannon fodder. SEALs see combat in different forms all over the world weekly. Africa, south America, South east Asia, Europe, and of course the middle east are the ares in which the SEALs operate.
